Dude this is my dreem recorder right here. I have a friend who has a 44-T and it sounded real epic! Especially with the Rode NT1-A. Way cool. Saddly it can't be used as an audio interface too. I'm completely blind by the way. Not sure of my friend Neal. But He did say that with the 44-T the menus don't rap and that there aren't menus within menus and stuff that could get 1 confused. So if 1 can manage this can be some what accessible for someone who's blind. I just love the quality of the recordings. Man I'd love to hear 1 of these things fully unleashed. See Neal demoed it in MP3. I know that they can do 192 KHZ 24 Bits. I'd love to hear 1 at that quality.
hello, my friend would ask, how do I make my 788t sound devices and 744t I can record the trigger via a timecode cable, I want it so that when I click on the rec at 788t and 744t take the rec too,
Informative, however, if I were to make a user video for the 788T, mine would have been a lot shorter. I would have just said, "Hi. Go buy a SD 664 or 633. Thanks for watching!"
664 only take up to 48khz, I mean it's good for most, but definitely deal breaker for few. 633 is still 2 inputs short and 7 series definitely has "slightly" quieter mic-pre. Having used 788t with cl8 selling for $3300 on Ebay these days, I think it's still pretty solid choice for professionals. :) Not to mention its MixAssist, which is not included in 664 and 633.
