No, I am just asking is there any side effect of hot rolling on the strength of material.

@@Abdul_wahab_khanWe can't comment on the effects of hot rolling to the strength of the material. It all depends on the carbon content in the steel and how the steel is cooled down afterwards. Apologies we can't answer your question in more detail, it's just not anything we work with.
