Waterdeep, the City of Splendors! As the Setting of the Waterdeep: Dragonheist campaign for Dungeons and Dragons 5e it has become more important and looked into than ever! There is a lot of lore for this historic and massive city within the sword coast of the forgotten realms! We start breaking that lore down in this video by covering the brief history of the city and its various wards.

I am absolutely in love with Waterdeep and it’s characters. Dragon Heist is the first official module I’ve run after years of homebrew and, while I can’t compare it to others modules, it has offered no shortage of great moments for my players.

I have done one on Skullport and one on the sea ward is coming! There's also the possibility of a video on the factions coming as well! I am planning on exploring more of all sorts of lore and locations over time. Glad you enjoyed it!

Hey, just stumbled upon this channel and I gotta ask... do you also voice videos for the Templin Institute or do you just happen to have the exact same tone of voice and accent? :D Also, great video. I've been playing a gnome bard in Waterdeep Dragon Heist for a while now but never really took the time to get immersed in the lore. This is helping a lot.
