Introverted Travels: Exploring Rifle Peak 

In this edition, I'm out in the Mt. Rose wilderness, above Incline Village, Nevada, on my way to Rifle Peak. It's early fall, and a recent storm has powdered the area with the first snowfall of the season. Along the way, I crawl through forests, meander down the trail, and take in the views of Lake Tahoe in the distance.
