Shalom everyone, today I'm going to show you on how to preserve fish in Bisayan way, masarap , mabango soft yet firm and we are going to use Kolon or Palayok or claypot since it will give different sensation to our Cooking
In this Cooking I can different the result between using claypot or normal pot, if you cook paksiw in normal pot , the fish is soft but it's not firm it will look like rotten, whereas using claypot it is soft and firm doesn't tear ug Ang lami nga inun-on is hubas-hubas Ang sabaw
Ingredients
1 kg of Pirit fish (you can use any kind)
Coconut vinegar(1 big mug)
Salt( paksiw is a bit salty so adjust accordingly)
Chili
msg
Bell pepper
onion
garlic(smash and not peeled)
ginger
Sprite (250ml)
Okra but optional
Eggplant
Banana leaf
