Australia as well. Will purchase new, but the model that has the powered seat lift, and the powered seat tilt. Did not notice on the web site, the reversing mirrors, and the seated backpack. Will ask for these as well.
New batteries put in just over an hour ago, everything lights up but scooter won't move,the little bar from left to right under the panel seems really loose. All the lights work and the brakes and horn work. Scooter will just not move and I need to ride it, I'm disabled. Help please.
Make sure safety brake is off. There is a lever at the back behind the seat, make sure it's in the right position or it won't move. If you can push it, it's in the wrong position. The bar under led display seems either broken or the screws have come loose. Hope this helps.
I've checked the brake and it is off. The bar under the led display is very loose but the spring in the centre holding it in is in good condition. What I did notice was that the tortoise dial that moves from slow to speed is very loose. I haven't used my scooter for over 3 years and it has always been covered over and locked inside my garage.
