I cosplayed as GIR (one of my favorite cartoon characters ever) & he even signed my first piece of Invader Zim media I ever got in 2011 after growing up with the show while talking in Zim’s voice as he was writing it & it was amazing & wholesome & he just looked so happy to be there & even did voices from other shows that he wasn’t even in to other people cosplaying & was the only reason I went (the VA for GIR was a last minute call in after someone dropped out & it was fun meeting him too) & absolutely worth the price I paid for tickets for the convention & to meet him & hug him! 🥰

He did the voice as he was signing too and looked like he was also having fun. Really awesome that you met GIR's VA too. Also bet your cosplay was pretty cool. GIR was one of my first cosplays.
The fact he mentioned being Dr Chipotle Jr and Sr makes me so happy??? Like El Tigre holds such a special place in my heart it’s nice to see he considers it a memorable role cause it is to me
@@supagirl277 he even mentioned in LVLUP expo 2023 (wasn't there saw a vid) he said he was lucky to have Moxxie cause it was just him talking normal...and he started screaming and went "I DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS SO MUCH!!!" the screams gave me a tsunami of nostalgia I got so many Kaos flashbacks
I immediately thought of Zim. The art style also helped with that. Personally I would love to see them get Jhonen Vasquez to write an episode for Helluva boss with Horvitz as JTHM. That would be hilarious
@@tgiacin435 1. I'd love for Jhonen to write for HB 2. Richard would be great for JTHM but if Johnny had a voice he would be an option but I was also thinking Eric Vale who is the english voice of Tomura Shigaraki from MHA :))

Wow that is genuinely so fucking cool!! So many characters that I loved growing up what a blessing to be able to work among them! Brandon himself is so incredibly talented and I have to admit it was your clips that introduced me to his show class acts and that made me binge all this other series, he is so truly talented!!
I got to meet him in person. I was at DragonCon in Atlanta back in 2021 and he saw me in an Invader Zim shirt. He singled me out going "OOOH OOOH!" and I got a free picture with him! Such a cool dude.
Richard horvitz is my favourite voice actor EVERRRR!!! Psychonauts is one of my favourite games and I love helluva boss. He’s been in so many iconic shows I just love him.
I have spent years trying to remember where zims voice sounded familiar from and i couldnt remember that he voiced dag in angry beavers. I feel like i can cross something off a bucket list or something now
Loved hearing Richard in : Destroy all Humans, he has been a huge part of my childhood along with Frank Welker and Peter Cullen! Now knowing that Brandon loves these same cartoons, just makes me love him more, also having an understanding and respect of the man that is Richard!
The first sentence outta Moxxie, and I knew… “That’s Richard Horvitz!!” Extremely distinctive and recognizable voice whenever you grow up loving any of the characters he voiced (for me it was Zim)
I met Richard Horvitz at FanX one year for an autograph. He had a full conversation with me in Raz’s voice from Psychonauts and he was the nicest man ever 😭❤ 5 star experience
They are dolls, I got the chance to meet them and they were booth buddies and just were crackin jokes and interacting with ppl that came up to the table. Love em
I grew up hearing this man, it's amazing how versatile and amazing voice actors are. My favorite voice actor is Christopher Sabat. He's in most anime dubs somewhere, and as a lifelong dub enjoyer, I absolutely love him😂
Richard Horvitz was and still is my favorite voice actor and he inspires me alot without me looking for inspiration idk what it is he just makes me believe i can do everything im trying to do by seeing him just exist
I love how Brandon is basically starstruck by this guy, and is like OMG! It's Richard Horvits! And then the rest of their time together was Brandon as Blitz, bullying Moxxie around.
I've known him as Zim and recently found him as Raz when me and my partner started playing Psychonauts. When I tell you hearing that Brandon Rogers knows him from Psychonauts makes me so fucking happy istg
It's so awesome to hear him do the Daggett voice again! I share the same sentiment as Brandon. One of my dreams is to meet Richard..well..both technically lol.
I met Richard Horvitz last year. He’s a great guy. It seemed like he physically transformed into a different person when he did a video recording in character as invader zim.
The thing I’ll always remember about Richard Horvitz is a story by Rikki Simons about how they were staying in a hotel for a comicon convention and the hotel lost power, so Richard snuck around to as many hotel rooms as he could and stole their last flush. A menace. Gravely menace ♡
I heard the glimpse of Moxxie's voice in the earliest promotional material, frames after I thought "wait, they got Horvitz?", the screen shows "starring Richatd Horvitz" and I knew I'd love it!
When I first heard Moxxie, I had Invader Zim vibes and I immediately fangirled! I knew right then and there at Helluva Boss pilot that this series was going to be great! It sure is too :)
