On your pontoon Preis, move your actuator to the bottom connection point and make your pivot point the top, with a little modification you should be able to make it narrowed for road use and the actuators would be pulling to deploy instead of pushing.
One suggestion. Outboard tilt cylinders instead of the air, they run off an electric hydraulic pump and with the right pressure limiting valve they will lift that chariot out of the water with ease.
Put some 2 or 4 inch spacer blocks and longer bolts under the plates to make the pontoons lower in the water it will float better and be easier to push through the water

Take it from a boat builder, you need flat surfaces to get that thing to plane out and really move. Weld on some 90 degree angle to the inside and outside of those toons and watch it go.

Justin the boat is amazing. I love the air instead of hydrologic. Air is much more eco friendly. My family had a well established boat building company that specialized in aluminum catamarans up to the 90s in Naples, when tragedy changed our families outcome. If I was to say 9ne thing is the aluminum on steel is something you may want to address.
They need to dig a pond somewhere in the middle of the track and run drain pipe under the track to empty the areas it collects water. They could use the 💧 to water the track.

😢 Hey JH When buying a 2 stroke always do compression check use motors 90 to100 No more than 15% different each cylinder. Anything less 90 they're junk brand new 110 to 130 I live up the road, give me a shout
Just an FYI, I'm enjoying this build, Justin KILLED IT! I Love it! Watch the Naturalist, EPA, You know, oil leaks Gas leaks, Grease, Etc getting into the water, do like a all aluminum pan enclosing all fluids.. Just Saying, I don't wanna see anyone getting into any trouble, I love the videos.
It looked me like the outboard motor needed to go further in the water I would put a jackplate on the motor so you can lower it further in the water and so you can jack it up for more clearance when driving...Call me crazy but I swear the lower unit wasn't low enough in the water.
I'd like to know what drive train maintenance/repairs has been done to that prius. I want to hate it but I can't help but respect the torture it has endured.
