Could false light also be putting false information on a background check for a job opportunity when there hasn’t been due process of law? the information on the background check is false and misleading and the company finds out and chooses not to hire the person because of false information on his background without due process of law could that be considered public and Flase light? Especially when the name is a DBA and law enforcement used the name and were not given permission to use it and it was false light?
