Anything spent on help before a patent first office action is NOT very meaningful or effective. 1)Procure a copy of the WIPO patent guide free on line learn the grammar of patent drafting. 2)Familiarize yourself with your market space....NO! Seriously Familiarize yourself with the space. 3) Always use a patent attorney to file AND for Office Actions.
