Some players would probably still do their darndest to work a Mood Meter down to a science and optimize the heck out of their days toward 100% completion. But hey, I want to say that it could still add flavor and variety to daily activities if done right.

This only became a problem for me on repeat playthroughs where I knew how to optimally manage my time and artificially boost the S Link relationships The first time I was more immersed in the world so nothing I did felt like a waste of time, I also wasn't able to have enough time to max out most of the S Links I started. Amazing idea though

really cool idea, i didnt like how fishing or batting took up time so i never did it lol

On rainy days, since fewer hangouts tend to be available, fishing is a thing I consider doing since there are a lot more tagged fish. Batting, I might either do at semi-random or when I don't happen to have a free daytime hangout in reasonable weather (or maybe also in rain). Usually once every intermission, I might go to Mementos in the rain. Until I unlock the Fortune confidant, who has readings that are useful in the Metaverse but can't set up shop in the rain.
