This spreadsheet is designed to help improve inventory forecasting, cash requirements, and expected unit sales of up to 500 SKUs based on current inventory, historical sales, % change from historical for up to 36 months, payment terms, and minimum inventory level (safety stock) per SKU.
There is a lite version that just have 19 SKUs that is included in purchase as well as a version for startups that have 0 starting inventory.

It's Excel but you could upload the file to Google Sheets

Yes, you can adjust the currency by highlighting all the cells you want to change on each tab, and then changing the currency in the number format. Sadly Excel has no global way to do this automatically.
