Great course. If you decide to add a new row to your initial "stock" say item #11, how can you make the new row to become a part of your "stock" table?

I would recommend formatting the cells as a "Table" in the styles group on the "Home" tab first before doing any formulas or creating other tables. This should automatically recognize any added rows as being a part of the table and **should** adjust data in the others as well. Curious to know if this works for you!

Hello, Thank you for the video. It was 100% understandable. It is really acknowledged that you understand the needs of the analytics in the warehouse management system. Just as a perspective of costs, technology upgrades, and inflation, how could you summarize old stocks and new stock together, i.e. price changes every 6 months for some products and the sum of their actual prices? This is something I am really interested in as I deal with a big quantity of materials and also with a considerable time span from 0 to 2 years. I would love to hear from you. Thank You!

I really appreciate your help, thank you very much! On my excel I have Purchase & Sale column together. Purchase can be in cash & in Credit & also the same way Sale can be in cash & in Credit. Now I need to get total credit in purchase & total credit in Sale. The same to credit for sale. Can I do this with this function?? Or shall I send you please?

Nice video.. Good enough Information. Would love to see a video on creating an excel sheet which will hav all details for managing a small company.. Like sales data, purchase data, stock in and out, payment received, ledger kinda report, cash inflow and outflow.. Currently i am working on one such sheet but progress is slow as am not an expert..

The better way is that the data storage should be another Excel file. Database excel file and operation excel file are separated. if so, you can prevent that if your "operation excel file" is damaged, your data is still in somewhere safely.

You can use simply a "IF" function saying the sales should not cross the inventory limit. So that you may know when the purchases become insufficient for the inventory.

HI MATE ! i need your help i create this template but my business keep bringing new stuff everyday and was wondering, how can i add new stock that is coming in to my business, whenever i try to add rows it does not allow me to do it and if i add it to the purchases table it does not appear in the current status of stock. thanks for your help
