Inveraray and District Pipe Band play their first medley in the Friday competition of the World Pipe Band Championships 2019.
The tunes played in this medley are;
The Master Blasters
Rodney Hull Q.C
The Lads of Kilmarnock,
A Cup of Tea
The Silver Spear
Jack Daniels Bartender
A Night in that Land
Ellis Kelly's Delight
The Primrose Lass
The Band placed first in the Friday Medley Competition, and were crowned World Pipe Band Champions 2019, winning the overall Grade 1 competition.

Makes my hair curl listening to something so beautifully played. Can't wait to move up to Scotland soon and to meet these guys in person. Congratulations to them on winning the Championships and quite rightly so.

I joined a local pipe band for the first time about four years ago. I can't hold a candle to these groups but they are pretty amazing! Thanks for posting! Plenty to enjoy and loads to learn. :)

As someone who enjoys LISTENING to pipe band music, I'd rather listen to a grade 2 any day... Grade 1 is too flashy and "innovative" for my casual listening pleasure... It's usually the grade 2's that play my favorite tunes... Let the grade 1's change idiom/metre every 6.5 bars; it's not pleasant on my ears, but I guess that's what the judges want to hear from them... If I were a judge, I'd be getting paid for it? It's all a big business, anyway.
