About a year ago I saw on Bentley House Minis she found a craft glue that used this type of bottle. It is described as "Aleene’s Always Ready Turbo Tacky Glue features a convenient, inverted cap stand with a no-cut tip for reliable application that works on just about every surface." I know it's not the type you normally use but thought I'd mention it to show there are some out there.
Mayo and mustard bottles are 9ther sources of those caps seals, you can steal them and put them on regular squeeze bottles from restaurant supply stores
Ooh, yeah, I wonder if any of the lids would fit an existing glue bottle. Save a step in having to pour in the glue. Mayo bottles usually have a really large opening, same with squeeze jelly, but could be good if you want a bottle that puts out a lot of glue really fast.
I never have good luck with glue bottles, no matter the kind, type, age, etc.... "Fool-proof" is not Me-proof. If this Dawn bottle holds up over time, it might be a real game changer! The problem I have with the ketchup bottle is when I drop them, the lid ALWAYS breaks off. I hope the Dawn bottle is the answer!
