Inverted Kata Ha Jime Turnover 

Here I am showing a neat way to roll your opponent over into Kata Ha Jime. This works well if you already have the lapel grip, however here I am also showing how you can use a bit of movement to break him up, and wrap your arm around his neck. When you roll over, be sure to tuck your neck right underneath his stomach for maximum efficiency!
