I have invested in Investment Grade Fund and it has 12.5% Yield Net of Fees. (This is what is important), Fee is a very small percentage, but what we should focus here is the Yield Net of Fees, in other words, that is exactly what you receive when you sell units. So it's a decent return as per current market rates.

Gilt Edged funds kiyanne Treasury billswal tama funds deploy wenne. Ekiyanne normally 1 year T.Bill rate eka 8.5% wage tiyanawa, 3month T bill rate eka 7.4% wage tiyanawa (As at .06.03.2020). Enisa on average 8% witara retun ekak tiyei kiyala assume karanna puluwan. 8% kiyanne lankawe average savings rate ekata wada wediy, e nisa Gilt edged has a higher return than savings

Is it good to wait investing till unit price goes down or regardless of price fluctuations keep on investing monthly? I’m talking about income funds investing method.

No need to keep waiting it yoh play to invest in MM/Income unit fund. But if it's a equity fund you can wait and look for a low unit price to enter

Thank you. Isn’t there a impact on income fund due to unit price decline. In that case do we need to redeem periodically or income fund unit price continuously growing without declining?

yes there is a direct hit, I have advised about this through my videos. Now, the yield of all income funds are declining, no fixed income product can grow at higher rates now, as it used to be as at the beginning of 2020

send an email to the unit fund mgt company mentioning how much you wish to redeem. They will credit your bank account within 1 working day.

It depends on the type of the unit trust fund. If you compare FDs on Finance companies with Income Funds of unit trust, then the answer is "yes" , unit trust has more yield currently. But it will deplete in coming months
