I hope the FDIs will realize the upside in providing equity-sharing regimes to their workers. Providing skin in the game via equity is like pouring fuel on the fire for growth in Africa in my opinion. High incentive for growth/innovation + high degree of knowledge sharing potential (large english speaking population) = long-term innovation system win. Very exciting
