What I don’t understand about this man is he is so quick to tell everyone how much he hates the internet and social media and how he hates being noticed in public, yet he won’t remove himself from the internet.

The fact that he feels so comfortable openly admitting to kissing his residents is scary. I'm a support worker and the FIRST thing I learnt in my training was Safeguarding and it's a topic thats universal between different care settings because we work with vulnerable people who sometimes cannot voice what they do and don't want and often don't understand boundaries. He's a vile human and I certainly hope that he never even gets CLOSE to a supported care facility again. Anyway, a fantastic video again! Keep up the stellar work

Unfortunately narcissists are attracted to working in the care industry because it makes them look like they’re caring. They don’t actually genuinely care, it’s just the kudos of being able to say that is what they do. Sadly it is far too easy to get a job in this industry as narcissistic people don’t tend to stick at anything like education for long enough to get the required qualifications to do jobs such as being GP’s, so sadly the care industry is rife with people like this because it requires far less effort to get into. Also the industry is massively underfunded which has a knock on effect. One day there will be a massive scandal about the treatment of patients and the types of people they employ. I’d like to apologise to those people who do it for genuine reasons, sadly the volume of the toxic people who go into caring, shouldn’t be let anywhere near vulnerable people and they are often shouting the loudest about their job, which means that the genuine people doing their job well are dragged down by it. But sadly it seriously needs drawing to the attention of people because god only knows how serious things that happen in these places are, and on a larger scale than anyone would imagine.

As someone who was as a kid taken advantage of mentally and physically. Paul fits all the red flags that as I grew up realised is not just 'a bit weird' but is part of their subconscious plan. The way Paul responds to hate fits all my red flags from my experience so I personally believe it is very true, but I sit back and wish it is not true
