you keep using the word "reasonable"...you NEVER defined the legal term...what are the legal elements of "reasonable????.....how has the legislators defined the term in law???.......how has the courts interpreted the intent of the legislation???....

The standard for reasonable is usually inferred from what your community of sane peers think is reasonable. A judge (or jury) usually decide what is reasonable and what is not, but it is reasonable to believe you already know what is reasonable and what is not.
