Major investors have reportedly been spooked by Peter Dutton's landmark pledge to build seven nuclear generators and scrap the Government's emission reduction targets.
The Clean Energy Investor Group warns the move is causing investors to reassess their positions.
The Coalition claims renewables will still make up a large proportion of its energy policy.

Good. Plenty of reasons that make renewables a poor investment. It's already been pointed out that their unstable and unreliable output is incompatible with AI data centre use. And investors really need to be made liable to pay for at least part of the safe disposal/recycling of toxic components at the end of their service lives.

No wonder, leading engineers say its not cost effective, Energy providers CEO'S dont want a bar of it and Duttons plan is absent of any detail or substance. " Australians deserve more detail and the right to know" Dutton 2024, what a hypocrite.

We need to ban Australian nuclear submarines. Australian navy personnel will be growing 3 eyes. And Australia definitely needs to leave the 5 Eyes Alliance, very scary, some of our allies have nuclear power.
