The Invicta pro diver has been around for a long time but has it evolved or improved? This is not a hate on Invicta video but it is brutally honest there are some elements that are good some are OK some are pretty dreadful & poorly executed, let me know what you think of this one in the comments.
as always thanks for watching please like, comment, subscribe.

Great honest thoughts on this one, man! I like the pro diver series but I think in today’s world of homages, they need to upgrade their crystal to sapphire, improve the lume a bit and change some of their design elements and they’d be even more popular. Cheers Adrian! 😎🍻🙌
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
I couldn't agree more this one has some very though competition in an ocean full of these types of homages they could do with upping thier game. Thanks man.👍🍻😊

It’s a good looking watch at a great price. The hate is getting old to quite honest and it’s time to move on as the points have been made at nauseam. Great honest review my friend.
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
Agreed the hate is getting very old & so far the comments have been pretty well behaved 😂 This one does look the part just a shame about some of the finishing I've seen & expect better from Invicta. Thanks for watching mate.

I have a vintage 80's Rolex Datejust that was supplied new with its jangly Jubilee bracelet, stamped clasp and hollow end links. I have a Pro Diver with the jangly Jubilee bracelet and hollow end links it's not really any different from the Rolex one. I have four INVICATA watches all for the money I have paid new have been a real bargain, much more so that any Rolex I have ever bought!

An ok watch for the price. A mate of mine wanted a cheap diver a couple of years ago. and after giving me his budget etc. I suggested the Invicta Pro Diver. I have say, the finishing on his was much better. That brushing was atrocious. He was quite happy with it and the other day I ran into him. He was wearing it and it has held up nicely. His also came on an oyster style bracelet that seemed a fair bit sturdier than that jubilee. A very fair review my friend 👍❤️
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
I think in general their watches are pretty OK the finishing on this one was exceptionally poor & I would say out of character for Invicta. I think an oyster style bracelet would have been a better choice on this one. I think as a daily wear they're fine & should hold up without any issues for a good few years. Thanks mate. 👍👍

Yes, they are okay for the price. There are, I guess, others at a similar price that I would say are better, like the Orient Kano but the Invicta pro diver still stacks up pretty well for the most part.

Wow, that cyclops lens and the date wheel are better done than most of the watches in that and superior price range. I really don’t like the Invicta’s engraving on the side. Great option for the price. I can forgive the crystal and bracelet.
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
Yes the cyclops isn't too bad, if you could pick the watch up for under £100 then the bracelet could be forgiven I guess there is always the option to either upgrade it or just change it for something completely different. Thanks for watching.👍

I’ve removed the cyclops on a couple of my Pro Divers and it looks really good on the ones I’ve removed it on. Butane lighter and some tweezers. Hear it up while you are holding the tweezers on the straight walled sides of the cyclops and it will pop off in almost no time. Then you clean the residue with some alcohol.

Just got my Pro Diver 42mm. Love the look and the size (38mm is just too small). Not a fan of the jubilee bracelet, but it looks okay (I'd prefer the oyster ... and I've got a nice leather band on the way). Getting the pins out of the bracelet to resize it was a bitch and a half. Broke my watch tool and had to improvise using a small screwdriver and hammer ... my fingers are still sore from the effort. That aside, it's a gorgeous watch.

I'm not a "Mercedes" hour hand fan but otherwise, it's a good looking watch. The price is great, I'd throw a good solid bracelet or strap on it and call it good! Thanks for sharing!

The pro diver series is very popular for a reason so it can't be all bad, this one was a bit sub par in places though. The 1953 is another one that's on my list to get in too. Thanks for watching mate.👍

I would like to know if someone knows an aftermarket metal bracelet for pro dives 40 and 42mm? After buying the 9937ob with solid end links, I really want to update the rest of my collection. I have rubber and leather straps in some of them but I wish a better metal bracelet on them. BTW Great review!
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
I'm not aware of any aftermarket bracelets that are specifically for Pro divers but I'm sure that somewhere must do something that will fit but that could just be a case of trial and error which if course cam get expensive. Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.

I like the watch. The cyclops is actually done well from what I see on camera better Than any of the pagani designs I have. Too bad about the bracelet because it is a nice looking bracelet but it sounded as bad as you said it was haha. Im indifferent about the brand on the side of the case but would rather not have it there as far as that goes. For 56 bucks though not bad.
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
Yeah the cyclops wasn't bad certainly not the worst I've seen. But the bracelet & that "brushing" just nasty! But as you said the price as long as its on offer isn't too far off the mark. Thanks for watching mate.👍

I have this same watch and I have always worn it on straps. I actually sized up the bracelet for the first time today and it’s definitely jangly but the one thing it does have going for it is it’s very comfortable. I’ll give them that.

@@kwatts90 I find the bracelet on these actually looks really nice, especially with the brick shaped Centre links. I saw it on a friend who was servicing my furnace and I was like hey what watch are you wearing? Is that a Rolex lol. he showed me it. I have several Invictas and for me a good buy for the money, not a fan of their marketing or their gaudier styles, they could improve on the crystal and lume, the logos on the side and under the links don't bother me as no one can see them. All in all, a sturdy watch with decent movements at a reasonable price.
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
Can't argue with any of that. Yep, they're OK for what you pay for them. Thanks for watching.

Invicta pro divers are very good watches its just the other big watches they make are a bit big snd ugly and because they share the same brand people hear the word watch and invictar and think yuck move on..shame i like the pro diver

The smaller pro divers are pretty good (usually) I've had a couple of the big or oversized ones as well. There's nothing wrong with the quality of them they're just bigger, I've got nothing against them or the brand. My only gripe is the over inflated msrp's they slap on most of their watches there's no need for that imo. Thanks for watching.

Is it the 30094 because it has 300 depth and 94 cost? Interesting naming scheme. Not a bad watch for about a hundred bucks, I was expecting something that looks that pretentious to have another zero on the price honestly Edit: I guess I was looking at the previous watch on Amazon, which was around 92-94 USD. This one is 200m depth not 300, interestingly
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
I'm not sure how their model numbering works I don't think its as scientific as your suggestion is but wouldn't it be great if all manufacturers made the serial numbers easy to understand & actually mean something. Yes this one does look a "million bucks" from a distance but even though its not the worst quality I've seen this particular one is nor Invicta's best work. Thanks for watching.

If you are a watch geek then sooner or later you will own a Pro Diver. Mine is better finished and a great work wear watch that looks masculine and functional which it is. And only you ever see the Invicta engraved on the side. Great value in a cheap watch that is comfortable useful and replaceable!

Invicta can be a no win review for you chaps....when your right your wrong and when your wrong your right....as always folks should buy and wear what tickles them....this isn't a particularly good example, I've seen reviews where the QC has been better....for the money your generally going to take a big hit somewhere....Invicta has enthusiast clubs, I know someone who's part of the Maryland chapter so clearly they are doing something right....personally I've never had hands on experience with Invicta so only have reviews and articles as a point of reference....when I buy a homage my first point of call is AE, as it will be for most of us affordable collectors and there your getting more for your money....when looking I usually don't consider the strap or bracelet as more often than not that's the first area to be cut, so I assume I'm going to have to switch it out, always a bonus when that's not the case....Your review was bang on with the example in hand my friend....you can only say what you see....all the best....🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚
@somewhereintimewatchreviews
Thanks Brian I appreciate that. You're absolutely right that most of us watch nerd types will head to AE for a homage & for the most part you're gonna get more bang for your buck, this particular Invicta was not one of thier better quality pieces & I do know that some of thier watches are very well made whether you like them or not! & Ivicta's loyal following is huge. But as I said there's no hate for Invicta from me just reviewing the watch that I have in hand.
