the cool thing about viltrumites is that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" is superal literal for them. Every time Mark gets this torn up and close to death, he becomes exponentially more powerful after he heals. you can never defeat a viltrumite the same way twice.

so, i just watched the whole first season and two little easter eggs that i noticed; there's that mini-sequence involving the egyptian ruins and the mummy is basically a take on mumm-ra from thundercats. also, the alien that mistakes earth with urath is dressed in the same kinda outfit as heman did as the prince persona in the old heman cartoons.
