Good video, I’ve just had mine yesterday and I feel lucky because I’ve not had too much pain my mouth just feels sore on some specific areas. The first day though my tongue felt proper sore like it was sharp but seems to have got used to it now Only have 18 trays so I’m hoping it goes quick!
Love this video! You should definitely make another Invisalign related video! Thinking of getting them due to having train tracks & not wearing my retainer when I was younger stupid 15 year old me & now 23 year old me is regretting it. 😅
@@itsme-jb9eb been wearing my first 1st set of aligners for 10 hours now. Gums are so sore and I'm scared to eat my breakfast- having to remove it and put it back in sounds a little painful now. How was your first day? Hope it's all good
@@WitchInMuggleClothes my first day was okay, i could talk pretty normally but removing the aligners and putting them back in hurt. although today (morning of day 3) only when removing my top one, i felt discomfort, but putting them in didnt hurt at all! they also dont hurt when they are in my mouth either which is good. that being said, i dont have any attachments yet, i'm getting them after my 2nd tray (in one month)

Hopeful about my day 3. 😁 I had to have 2 teeth extracted (since I wanted side profile changes and I have an overbite) plus I already have my attachments on. I'm just hoping it gets better with time 🥺 Good luck on your journey 👍
maybe try asking your ortho and they should provide them for free, or try looking up “chewy sticks for invisalign” and a variety of different options should come up.
