If you will follow my simple instructions you can acquire the Optical Camo from the Conquest Mission in about an hour..!! NO MISSIONS.. Well, technically only 3 since we cannot bypass the first 3 Missions.
It took me about an Hour to completely max out my Camo. I got in, got out and moved on to the next area. The more of the Map you have available the easier it will be to find all the locations of the Camps that yield high Camo Points when you are done recovering all the points from Behemoths. Fortunately all Behemoth Locations are available from the start of the game no matter how much Map is opened. You shouldn't have to visit any camps that are only 200 Camo Points since there are plenty with 800, some with 1200 and even Walkers Camp has 1600.. No crate has more than 400 so it will be in multiple crates if the camp says 800 or more.
