It uses both. Things that should be grouped together is written in single line Spacing with a double space before and after the main headings. However, if you are instructed otherwise in the exam then do what you are asked to do.

Hi Gabriel I am not so sure of your question, but I think you want to k ow what else goes on page 4? If so, it is based on the question given. If you are doing it one your own without a question then it is based on what you want to out there. It doesn't matter.
