Thank you, Mickey!... thank you for everything!! I first heard you in about 1992 or 93 when I found a CD of PURE GUAVA in a crate of discs that my mom's college radio DJ friend left at my house for a few days... I was born in 1980 so I musta been 12 or 13 whatever.... completely changed my life & opened up my mind to the awesome & endless possibilities of music & art overall ( I immediately went to the record shop & found God WEEN Satan & the POD)... lifelong fan ever since... finally saw ween play at the fox theater in Pomona, California in about 2009 or 2010... amazing show & after, my sister's friend suggested we go around to the side of the building & try to get autographs... you & Claude & Dave & Glenn all popped out (1 of you told us that Aaron had already taken off)... we asked you guys to autograph our ticket stubs & the point is... YOU GUYS WERE ALL SO FUCKING COOL ABOUT IT!! I wouldn't necessarily have expected you NOT to be, but I'd never met you before then, ya know?... that just made the night right there... I'd just seen you play live for the first time & then to see you up close & just know that you were chill & cool as fuck about something that might be annoying when you deal with it all the time... just... thank you for being you... also... thanks for the MOISTBOYZ shit... anybody would be lucky to have you as a friend... hope all is going as well as it could be!!!
The fact that you are putting all of this awesome music on your fishing channel really tickles my tooter! Great stuff!
