Michael was an amazing man, he faced many difficulties in his later life. His music is amazing and has always brought joy to my world in my times of difficulties. R.I.P

INXS at the height of their powers with this show, and that crowd truly matched the energy of this fantastic band. Hearing that crowd singing the do-dos before the song even started for real...its emotional to me. It's nostalgia. It instantly transports me to this time. I got to see this tour in NYC, and although the Madison Square Garden crowd was smaller, it was every bit as feral.
This song is one of my favorite INXS song... Love INXS so much... I'm a huge fan of The Rolling Stones but this concert is the best concert for me and INXS is the greatest live band... Michael Hutchence is one of the greatest front man ever.. Greetings from Croatia, Tanja
Yes Michael had amazing charisma and stage presence! One of the greatest front men of a band! Andrew Farris said Michael could just be sitting on a stool and excude charisma!
Very few front men could match Michael . Ironically he was shy and quiet off stage . People forget what a great writer of songs he was . There is a great video of a song called Mystify me where he's working on it at the start , a beautiful song. As for this concert you have to see Suicide Blond . The crowd is jumping up and down so much you can see a slight tremor in the Cameras filming it, the energy is off the charts. Other favourites of mine would be Original sin, quite controversial at the time, Elegantly wasted , The Gift , Burn for you.
One of the toughest choices would be if you were given a magic way to either go to this concert or Queen at Wembley. Which would you choose? It would be tough. You should check out "INXS~Good Times~Jimmy Barnes~Australian Made 1987". Jimmy Barnes (from Cold Chisel) joined them on stage. Absolute fun ensued.

you know, this song with a different singer could maybe be boring. it's super repetetive, and not much melodic going on, but you notice how michael changes it up every time, so your ear always has something to latch on to. it's never meandering as a song like this might be. michael was, is, always will be the absolute best, love you hutch!
