this song is now bittersweet. michael hutchence is gone. there wasn't enough time with him, his voice, his poetry, just having that beautiful human on this earth with us. god, that voice. how I miss it. knowing it's silenced, and I will never hear another new sound from it. you have no idea how that hurts me. I know it's unhinged. people don't get how I can still grieve over him after all this time, but I do. if I could go back to when I first discovered him, if I could appreciate it more, make more of an effort to go to a concert, what I wouldn't give.
I wish there was a video out there somewhere of Michael (not the crappy replacements that INXS got after he passed away)singing this song live I would love to have seen him sing this song live!
