Κατά την ομιλία του στο πάνελ “Beyond better cities, collaborative solution for the future” του Delphi Economic Forum ΙΧ, ο CEO της Alpha Real Estate Services, Γιάννης Γκάνος αναφέρθηκε στις νέες απαιτήσεις που δημιουργεί η υιοθέτηση ενός υβριδικού μοντέλου εργασίας στην ελληνική αγορά χώρων γραφείου.
Τόνισε πως η περιορισμένη κατασκευή νέων χώρων γραφείου φέρνει σημαντικές προοπτικές στη συγκεκριμένη αγορά και μας δίνει παράλληλα τη δυνατότητα να οικοδομήσουμε νέα κτήρια που θα ανταποκρίνονται στις νέες τεχνολογικές απαιτήσεις και στα νέα πρότυπα βιωσιμότητας.
Παράλληλα, εστίασε στην ανάγκη για ενσωμάτωση κριτηρίων ESG στους επαγγελματικούς χώρους, υπογραμμίζοντας πως έργα αστικής ανάπλασης μεγάλης κλίμακας, όπως η Διπλή Ανάπλαση στον Βοτανικό, βελτιώνουν την ποιότητας ζωής των κατοίκων της Αθήνας.

In his speech at the panel "Beyond better cities, collaborative solution for the future" of the Delphi Economic Forum IX, the CEO of Alpha Real Estate Services, Ioannis Ganos, referred to the new requirements created in the Greek office space market due to the adoption of a hybrid working model.
He noted that the limited construction of new office space creates significant prospects in this market and, at the same time, gives us the opportunity to create new buildings that meet new technological requirements and sustainability standards.
At the same time, he focused on the need to incorporate ESG criteria in commercial spaces, underlining that large-scale urban regeneration projects, such as the Double Redevelopment in Votanikos, improve the quality of life for Athens' residents.
