The Institute of Business Management was the brainchild of Shahjehan S. Karim, who had retired as Chief Secretary Sindh, after a distinguished career in Pakistan's and International Civil Service. Today he is with us no more, but his vision lives on.
This film was created by combining multiple speeches the Late President gave every year during the Convocation Ceremony. He may not be with us, but we hope his words continue to inspire many more.
