The diatition needs to do some more research unfortunately. Dairy!? You are never going to get enough iidine from dairy. Really? How bout talking to the actual top iodine doctors instead of perpetuating the misinformation. Probably things will work out fine then. Dairy, cows milk and eggs? Hhhmmm a bit disapointing. Heard of Dr Brownsteins books on iodine and salt?

​@@ugnesilim2176 It's possible that the commenter was referring to the work of Dr. David Brownstein on iodine and salt, which is quite compelling and paints a different picture...

I consume dairy and eat high fat . I Eat real salt ( unrefined) all minerals intact , unfortunately iodine evaporates at great rates in the salt. This is quite different information than someone like Dr Brownstein offers. But I do enjoy a nice high fat dairy beverage in my morning coffee and I welcome any iodine I might be getting while consuming. I take cod liver oil daily and my D3 is now in a normal range. And I actually didn’t consider the iodine in the cod liver oil until you mentioned it. I am not dosing kids just my own interest.
