Oh my Deku, the big circle should be tallest comet so it's this small and this short & Why does the spinner look like it's leaking?

The spinner is leaking. Ever since they fixed the spinner nozzle, it's leaking :^

And FYI(for your info) they changed the old pumps from the middle circle of all of the fountains. The damage was too broken so they decided to renovated it. And sadly. Its not as beautiful as before from now on.
