Funny, I just listened to that song for the first time a coupe of hours ago... let's see what you think...

The final scream (Grito) is when she finaly is able to be freed from the demons/feelings inside of her (the faceless dancers). The whole song the dancers (demons/personalities/events) are with her in some angry moves, and others watching her very close, and even trying to guide her astray. So in very short explanation the song is about personal and mental struggles that we all go by in life, and to encourage us listeners that never give up because you have the flame inside you, and sometimes you just have to SCREAM and say "go away bad things!". When you do that, the "dancers/demons" disapear and you live again. The fact that you were emotional without understanding the lyrics is a testament that the song and choreography is so well done that your soul understood it faster than your brain. It's a masterpiece and very rare this happens.
