1:23.....if I am not wrong then.... negative charge on cation exchanger and positive charge on anion exchanger.

Yes anionic exchange is coupled covalently to positive charged functional group.

Shi toh hai? resin in itself bas support hai jisko hum dusre molecules sae bond bnakar usko charged bnate hai toh resin bhi charge bol skte ho jaise sulphonation kr skte hai resin ka toh vo negatively charged ho jayega toh cation exchanger milega? Please tell if I am wrong
