"She said the theme of the albums is dreams and lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming was a key theme for this album and she wanted to make it sound hopeful, while earlier she's made a lot of darker music and that she more easily turns towards the darker.
The big events surrounding the creation of the album was the she had become a mother and that during the making of it her partner had been away a lot. So she sat alone with the baby while writing and also at night, trying to dream herself away to another place. It became a way for her to be on her own during this time. Then she mentioned the passing of a member of her family also affected the album a lot (she was noticeably emotional during this part). They then talked about her career and mentioned artists she has collaborated with (Moby, Ed Harcourt, Röyksopp); she mentioned not being a famous artist and that it feels like she's gotten the best out of being an artist because she hasn't been in the spotlight. This makes her feel both super happy to be able to stay in her lane and also about what she's created for herself as an independent artist, but that sometimes she feels very lonely and would love for her music to be heard a lot more, as long as she can still keep the premises that make it fun for her.
They asked about making music in Swedish and what does she think that will reach, she replied that it will be the exact same audience but she has no idea whether more people will be taking in the duality of the lyrics. After showing the ett minne clip she mentioned how the process to make videos for both songs is pretty similar but that it requires a lot more work, also the songs are not direct translations and that way it becomes harder to visualize those songs twice with the same imagery.
She also mentioned how she started visualizing music with Robin back in 2007, they wanted to make a music video for every song ever since then but couldn't afford it; they made an investment to make iam work and that is the ground for everything that happened after that. She's tried to keep that concept going since then but it's really hard."
