Thank you Tech Tips! I dialed into several RU-vid vids which offered "expert advice". Sadly they were couched in language accessible only to experts. I am not an expert. Tapped into your vid and three minutes later had successfully added the desired app to home screen for iPhone 9.

I've created many recipe website shortcuts onto my iPhone Home Screen and organized the recipes in folders by cuisines. Recently bought an iPad Pro. All the apps synced with my iPad Pro but none of the folders containing the shortcuts for the websites transferred. How do I transfer those folders to my new iPad Pro if that's even possible, and would they sync between the two devices? Thank you for your help.
