m1 macbook air is still not older enough to experience such slow down bro. there are few bugs in macOS ventura which could affect overall third party apps compatibility. But when developers release an update to match with it, we will see good improvements as well. meanwhile you can check which app consumes more cpu, gpu resources from activity monitor and manage the apps. that should help.
