It Downloaded it yes, when you want to use it and you open the app it doesn't let you example with RU-vid, and I did it with other of cars and it didn't work asked at the end for update. It doesn't work.

This doesn't work in 2023. I am able to download the latest version of apps compatible to version on my old IPAD, as your video, but not log into the apps which states that the newer version of the app needs to be installed.😥

it works on my iPad mini 1, i am able to install and use the old version of facebook, messenger, tiktok, pinterest, spotify, neflix, and plants vs zombies

It depends on how many features are on the newer version, Instagram, Facebook, Pinecrest, and reddit should work. Or jail break the device

you have to sign in to a different ios device for the user to have purchased apps. I installed an old program of app store into my computer to sign in.
