পুরুলিয়া জেলার সমস্ত বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধানের উদ্দ্যেশ্যে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে অবিলম্বে সমস্ত In-service teacher দের নিম্নের পেপার্স গুলি তাঁদের কাছ থেকে সেলফ certificate সহ সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।papers সংগ্রহ হলেই সেগুলি পোর্টালে জরুরী ভিত্ততে আপ লোড করতে হবে।আর এটা করতে হবে মহামান্য উচ্চ ন্যায়ালয়ের আদেশের ভিত্তিতে।
যে সকল পেপার্স জমা নিতে হবে প্রত্যেকের কাছ থেকে দু'সেট করে।
১) আধার কার্ডের Xerox
২) SSC latest recommendation
৩) WBBSE latest appointment
৪) Date of joining
৫) Approval copy.
৬) self certificate from teachers.
In case of Non-SSC
১) Appointment letter
২) MC resolution copy
৩) Approval copy.
এগুলো immediate সংগ্রহ. করুন।চিঠি করে পাঠানো হচ্ছে।
পোর্টাল আপ লোড করার জন্যে SOP পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
পরে হার্ড কপি সংগ্রহ করা হবে।
HOI shall collect the following documents from each teacher of the school ( presently working) and submit by 25.5.24 (authenticated by the concerned teacher):
* Copy of the last (if more than one) SSC recommendation letter for appointment (not transfer recommendation letter)
* Copy of appointment letter (only the last one, if there are more than one appointment letter)
* Copy of approval memo for the present posting (mandatory if a non- SSC candidate).
* Copy of document showing authorization for appointment, such as panel approval memo or any other collateral evidence or Court order in case of approval in compliance of Court order (though there is no provision/ need in the portal for entry of such documents).
On the basis of the above documents, HOI shall fill (as per user manual provided) the respective fields.
In case, appointed upon SSC recommendation the recommendation memo no. and date will be written in the designated places.
On or before 27.05.2024, each HOI shall submit hard copies of the documents (as authenticated by the concerned teacher) referred to while furnishing the information in the portal/ database and in Step-1 above accompanying a clear forwarding letter stating the number of the approved teachers presently working in the school, number of teachers whose information have been furnished by him and an attested downloaded report from the portal about the submitted information showing names of the teachers about whom information have been furnished.
100% per cent accuracy shall be maintained in furnishing each information. For any error, inadvertent or otherwise, the entire responsibility shall lie with the HOI.
The process of furnishing information in the portal shall be completed by each HOI within 25. 05. 2024

In a solemn order dated 07.05.2024 passed in the above mentioted with petition
along with interlocutory applications His Lordship Hon'ble Justie Biswajit Basu has
been pleased to direct the District Inspector of Schools(SE), Purulia to gather the
appointment particulars of all in-service teachers in their respective District and to
digitize the said information.
For this purpose, an SOP has been prepared which is being shared with him/her
for his/her guidance.
He/ She is therefore requested to collect self authenticated documents from
each regular teacher of the school serving at present as per the SOP and fill the
respective fields in the i-0SMS portal with reference to the collected documents.
Helshe is further requested to submit the hard copies of the documents along
with forwarding letter precisely in the manner prescribed in the SOP to the
undersigned within 27.05.2024.
