Im still using and loving it. I have the 32 and 128gb versions. Still very fast. Never had issues with it.

I can confirm it still runs pretty smooth after the latest 15.5 RC update. It’s amazing how long this iPad can last.

yes it does, what i noticed is that it saves more battery when i browse through social media and netflix. also improved multi tasking :)

This was a very nice video and, I agree with your comments. Could tell that the iPad 7th generation was going to come with a screen size larger than 9.7-inch. So, I picked-up a smaller iPad 6th generation off the Apple refurbished site, just a couple of months before the new model was released. knew with the change in screen size that, all the 9.7-inch accessories would also be discounted. While, I love my iPad 6th generation if it was ever lost or damaged. I would prefer to replace it with the most current version of the basic iPad model. Plus, I always buy the top model with the max RAM and the version with cell data service.

I’m planning to buy iPad 6 gen to be able to draw with procreate. Does it mean that after a couple of years the iPad won’t be compatible with the software anymore?

Possibly in 2-3 years; As iPadOS is updated, most apps update their software to support upto certain versions back.

its good for starters. i bought mine last 2018 to start off my digital art journey with 32gb capacity. 4 years later i've gotten the hang of it and am improving in my skill, but i wished i bought the larger capacity. will be replacing my 4 year ipad 6th gen 32gb with an ipad pro 10.5 2017 256gb to cater to my digital art needs. but for starters, i really recommend you could go for ipad 6th gen if you're tight on a budget :))

I bought my 6th gen on Saturday in space grey in 32gig and it is in mint shape , i took it to the apple store on Sunday and the guy there did a test on it and the battery has 97% life and the guy said that the guy that owned this iPad barley used it and I got it for 205 usd

I bought it a few months after it released. It still feels like yesterday. Time flies by too quickly. I'm not going to upgrade to iOS 15. iOS 14 is good speed, so I'm staying with it. I don't think 128gb is anywhere enough max storage capacity. I would have gladly paid a little extra for 256gb or more.

Apple will support it at least 3 years more. For note taking like using goodnotes, it will work even a few years more even if apple decides not to give updates and for sure apple will start slowing it down by then.

Go with the 9th gen if you are going to be gaming. Hardware on the 6th gen isn't that great.

this model is FOUL. trying to run zoom and procreate at the same time is rough. when i was exporting a gif it crashed 5 times. i am so ready to upgrade. it gets so hot just doing a few layers of procreate like wtf. multitasking and heavy programs are a nono on this, ugh

Bought it September 2018 it has been brilliant as a tablet. Brilliant for RU-vid (my main use) and good for mobile games and web browsing. It can’t do the laptop things that well like multitasking and multiple tabs so I got a companion laptop. I will be keeping it until it breaks or is too slow to work for my needs.
