@@flower341 Some people are visual learners like myself. You take regular notes and record the lecture. Then you can make it look nicer and clean it up more later. The more you rewrite things the better you can get an understanding of it. I was a professional notetaker in college and was paid by the school to do this for people's notes!

its just an overpriced tablet with an over priced pen lol. pens/markers in a normal notebook keep their value, e-copies of notes can always end up lost

We have to show professors our notes for whole year to be allowed for exams

Mine is just reading the slides the teachers send, take important points in class and take photos of the teachers board explanation and it’s just for a few course. I’m studying computer science and can’t make notes about code 😂. It really depends on what your are studying.

@@flower341 I use a ReMarkable 2 for my notes which is essentially like an IPad but without any apps or internet. So no distractions! You can even convert your notes to typed text, send them to your email. View your notes on multiple devices like your phone, and computer. It was a lifesaver to me! And not wasting paper has made my room phenomenally cleaner. The only paper in my room is from mail I get. The screen looks like a Kindle so no eye strain, it's wonderful!

it’s a screw on tip that you can buy from amazon or other cheaper places for a couple dollars, you just unscrew the original apple pencil tip and screw on the metal tip ones

The best way to avoid that is to not keep distracting apps on the device you take notes on. Many people who take notes on their tablets do not keep instagram, facebook and apps which are similar on their ipad.

Let ppl study how they want to lol. Just because this didn’t work for u doesn’t mean that it didn’t for other people.

Good advice. I’m sure the smart people caring to study will turn off notifications for social media or remove from the device they’re studying on. Just makes sense. Doesn’t matter if you’re studying on iPad or paper and pen, you can still get distracted with paper and pen because we all have our phones too. We just need to silence them. Obvious
