What is the piece thats holding the iPad? Did you have to buy it separately?

HI there, so you got me motivated and excited about adding this to my business (currently Bartender and margarita machine owner). I had almost everything in fact, a sony nex 5 dslr hybrid camera (simple enough point and click) with needless to say more power than I'd need. I also have 2 unused ipads (rather old 4-6 years probably) and So I started purchasing accessories. I got to the basics where I need to connect my ipad-dslr. I know this isn't your set up but I was questioning the quality on the FRONT FACING IPAD camera? I see that is your set up and ultimately it looks like I might need to go that route for the ease of using the app and 1 device. So my question is after all that, Do you get any push back from customers on just using an ipad? Do you believe your photos are up to par with a competitor who might offer DSLR set up? I really appreciate your honesty and response I definitely do not mean any insult by my question. I just thought I'd need something more fancy but maybe i'm overthinking it. I also did a quick check through the year the front facing camera is pretty much always the same...around 1.2MP. I know you mentioned the lighting might boost up the photos which I'm all for just wanted your feedback. Thanks so much!

DJ Ray Parker, first I’d like to say thank you I purchased just about everything in this video but I am unable to mount the carbon fiber arm to my Dracast ring light there isn’t a part for the microphone mount base on the model I have is there an adapter I can buy?

Thanks for the video! So I noticed the distance it captures seems kinda narrow. Do you happen to know how many feet wide "roughly" the pic takes? For example would it come out pretty good with a 8 foot wide backdrop where more than 3-4 people would fit in the frame?

did you use the Dracast Halo Daylight 180 Ring Led Light, Black (DRRNG180D) or DRRNG180B)??

So, I'm a photographer and already have all the lights, camera, backdrop and stand. Do I need an ipad to run the program, or can I just use the ipad to pick the photo set up and the DSLR can take the actual photo?

If I have an older generation tablet with a poor camera, will this app support me using an external webcam source with the tablet/app vs the built in function?

I’ve got an iPad mini and don’t have any of the options you’ve got on your 10.5 inch iPad. When open my iPad mini, all I get is a screen full of various stupid, distorted pictures of me, only one of which is “normal.” There are no way to get the various extras you get on your iPad so it’s pretty useless and much easier to use the selfie option on the camera.

So odd question when a client text the photo to themselves are you paying extra for that option!

Every good video. But you do not reply back to peoples questions when they ask. Big thumbs down for that! I was liking this software a lot until I went onto their website and saw that you have to pay per event etc. I think I will stick with Darkroom Booth. But again, very good video.
