I have few questions though, what if i need to export the data from infoblox and import those to dhcp console? How will that work?

Hi there, I have a question, Let's assume we have 10 scopes for our IT infrastructure, in the infra we have 2 buildings and each building hase its own scopes. say we have 1st scope is IT in building A, and 5th Scope is IT in building B. now I want to make a reservation for one IT user in both fisrt scope and fifth scope. Can IPAM help me do that ? Or, do you know some solutions to this ? thank you in advance.

In our organization we have around 60 end user segments. We have put them all to centralized DHCP. I think it is better to use centralized DHCP for end users. Mostly there will be no need for IPs reports - As far as I know. So usage of one dhcp for all segments will make the job done for you and there will be less dependencies(no need for many servers patching and managing). One server + failover one and all locations are connecting to your DHCPs. Optimal solution. Let me know how do you think about this.

@@abdullahnsy thank you. Now for reservation. It seems impossible to make morr than one reservation for one Mac

@@matthieumbayo7452 you can't do 2 reservations for one MAC within the same sebnet. You can make one reservation in one subnet pool. (You can create multiple submits in one DHCP server). As said, no need for multiple DHCPs server. One server will get the job done for you.
