I have iPhone 11 Pro Max screen. It’s crack but still can touch no problem but green line appear on the screen. Still can repair or not?

some part of touch screen not working after water damage..so i have replaced it with diff screen and no issue at all after that.. but just wondering, can my original screen still can be fix? is it the issue cause by digitizer or touch ic?… FYI, all of this happend 2 year ago, recently drop my phone n cheap screen crack..ahaha
