iPhone 11 takes more time because of the larger screen and so it takes more time to process the game but if we put that apart then they both have exactly the same speed
iPhone 11 has the better design and better battery, but the se is cheaper. They both have the same chip so pretty similar in performance, the se still has the home button which makes it look dated. iPhone 11 is still pretty cheap tho so go with that if u are looking for a good iphone.
Yes and the only reason it loaded fast is because of the resolution and graphic settings obviously it will take a bit more to render a higher resolution/display quality.
