Me too. I have a wide angle lens attachment for my XR and I've never used it. The lens distorts not much more than what I see in this video. if needed, I work all my photos in the Apple Photos Edit or I move on to Affinity for whatever corrections are necessary. Buying the XR was an expensive proposition for me, once is enough.
I’m content with my XR. Had it for nearly two months now . It didn’t bother me that it didn’t have dual lens like my previous iPhone. That being said I did get the FOCOS app to create the bokeh effect on my photos. I might upgrade to an 11/Pro/Max when Apple release another iPhone next year. by then the price for an 11 will go down a bit.
Hi, would like to know which is better after you’ve upgraded it. Which camera is better 11 or X-ray? Overall should I get the X-ray or 11. In dilemma here. Thanks before.
I love my XR. Can’t see myself upgrading soon. My previous phone had a ultra wide angle camera but hardly never use it. I wished I have telephoto lens tho as it looks better for portrait.
Somthing funny about your photo comparisons from the rooftop park garage- I've looked at a lot of XR/11 photo comparisons and never seen the striking difference you show there. Could it be simply that the XR lens is more prone to flare from diagonal sun across it? And has more yellow (warm) bias so that the Asian skin looks better? And the girl in shade in same area- just haven't seen that dramatic a difference in any other reviewers' comments. Perhaps you didn't have HDR turned on with the XR? Or could you have had a faulty XR? I'm at a loss-
David Anderson true kinda making me want the XR since I’ve seen great pictures on it. Really thought the 11 has a better camera so not surprised of the pictures!
