@John James Rambo 1. Never said this was a bad phone. iPhone 12 is definitely the most revolutionary change after iPhone X. 2. But still, no. I'm not buying an iPhone anytime in the next 10 years. I'm a full on Android guy, in a country that's full of Android phones.

Also you can't even replace the camera screen or battery anymore it bricks the system blocking almost all use with an error message saying it is not an official apple battery, screen or camera even tho you scrapped it from an other iphone

How much does it cost there for iPhone 12?

I'm absolutely disappointed with apples decision to cut down the battery while putting in power draining features (not even 120hz lol). Apple better have some alien technology that lets us get 120hz and 5g and all the bells and whistles without the 30 minutes - 1 hour battery dropoff compared to iphone 11. And that difference is without taking into account 5g.

it's always surprising to me these youtube people get scratches so easily (probably to later partner with some screen protector maker company lol). i have used 4 smartphones in the last 8 years and never got a scratch on my phone, even without a screen protector. the only scratch i ever got was on camera lens on sony xperia z3 compact, because sony scammed consumers by adding a plastic camera lens instead of glass lol

That glass is just weak my phone can do the same with out a protection and still not get a scratch

I always pop to Apple and get them to put on a belkin invisi glass for £20 as i suck at putting them on. When i got my 12 i didnt even take it out the box until i got to my local Apple store. These phones are too expensive to use naked! I did the same with my Xs, I took the protector off to sell yesterday and it had a couple of cracks on the protector, but the screen underneath was immaculate, no surface scratches or anything. They work well! - plus they are life time guarantee so you just get Apple to keep putting new ones on every time you get a crack or scratch. To be honest would be nice to see these pre-installed now.

@@qpol yeah I know those existed. The iPhone SE 1st gen came out in 2016. My point was that iPhone 4 was really the first “flat” design. 10 years ago now. And then iPhone 5 was even more flat than the 4. I think the SE first gen is nearly identical to the 5.

I have an SE 2016 (which has the same edges as the 5 and 5S) and an iPhone 12 Pro. The iP12 is much flatter; the SE has chamfered edges and a display that sorta sticks up from the enclosure. I think that’s why he called it super flat.

I was shoppin for phones because I'm still on a 2016 model, and it's time for an upgrade, and I'm here just like damn, these new 12s are amazing, (and that square look, just like my current one I've had for 4 years, the iPhone SE, which I also really like now too) but I'm like damn can then just come out with the 13s quick so I can get a 12 for half price?
