a year past i’ve got this same issue to my iphone 13 pro max. its resolved because it is in warranty but apple needs to address this issue and try to solve it even the device’s warranty has ended.
just wanted to comment. I had this repair done for my SO's iphone13pro. and initially it still flickered, however we brought back the the hospital that did the repair, they redo it again, and it has been 6 months and still going strong. TQVM, Apple--- if you are reading this, pls adopt this type of repair, that is being enviromentally sustainable. Just chucking the whole thing out is not the right way to treat Electronic waste.
Hi Lim, so you mentioned 13 pro & pro max. So is the issue not so common in the base model iphone 13? Does it has something to do with the 120hz refresh rate on the pro models? Thanks!
Hi sir, can I ask if you just solder the copper wire or u have to apply something on the copper (tinning)? Adding on, I dont have iPhone 6, thinking to just buy some thick/thin film resistor. Will it work? Appreciate the help in advance!
the local service repairman did this to my phone and it worked but now i have a problem, after repairing the phone using this method o wire jumping, my iphone camera and flashlight won't work, only part that works is the 3x to 15x zoom and front cam. Can u help with this?
Hi, less than a month ago I send my phone for a repair and the same method is used to fix the green screen issue. Now, my phone has a slight dark green flickering screen. It is still under warranty. My question is - will I have to replaced a new screen or can it still be repaired?
I bought the first batch iPhone 13 Pro Max. My warranty already ended January 2023. Last week i got this problem. Call apple support and they gave me an appointment for repair in Switch. Took only 1 day to fix. Got screen replacement for free and save me Rm1800. They also gave me 90 days extra warranty and after that no more free replacement if this problem reoccur again.
I have my iPhone 13 Pro like this, (screen yellow) I don't have a 100K SMD resistor here, but I do have the blue metal one. I hope I can do it... If it works I'll come back here
Just to jump it and it will still work. Without the resistor, it just has a higher risk of damaging the source, especially if the owner drops the phone hard.
Wow this just happened to my iPhone 12…… 😢 I probably spent all my retirement money in the past 10 years for cellphones, cellular service and cellphone insurance, cable and cases.
For me it actually workedd!!! The i scratched the left other two on the left side of the screen. I didn’t jump or solder it just used the lighter crystal shock on the middle scratched pin and the display turned on and works without problems😂😂 thank you for your help even tho i had to improvise… not sure how it worked with the middle pin on the left side being shocked tho…
@@iPhoneServiceMalaysia Hi ! The same problem has just occurred on my 14PM which is 1 and a half years old. Green screen then definitely white with a few lines. I hope that the after-sales service will provide a solution. My 6s and 8 still work well ...
Nope. I actually experienced this issue myself just a couple of days ago. I'm from South America, the western region, of course. I would venture to say that it's particularly uncommon in North America and Europe. Many other users I know from here have also encountered this issue.
Sory i wanna ask...if we already do a jumper on any iphone get white screen & when we update the lastest ios, is it will be the same thing like green screen or anything??
@@iPhoneServiceMalaysia before i forget, while our iphone 13 series which already do a jumper on it...if we keep using 120hz , is it ok for a long time sir?
