This is a great repair. But i noticed at 5.43 you are not using the spudger tool properly to remove the display flex. Through experience I have learned the hard way not to remove any iPhone display flex from one end. That tiny amount of force we see from 5.43 on, can bend the display flex connector and this later causes ghost touches and or no touch response in some areas or display flicker etc. The proper way to remove would be to insert the spudger all the way across the flex connector and raise it slowly as done at 8.38 of this repair. I am sure you know a lot better than me and your results maybe different but to anyone who wants to learn I leave this advice :D

Can remove the connector from the corner. Fingernail in my preference. Not damaged one yet. Removed the back glass easily though. Seen someone use the laser and still wouldn't come off as easy.
@@crumpz I didn’t say it was. I’ve done it myself with a heat gun tweezers and patience but this guy’s got pro stuff so I’m just surprised he’s not doing the back glass the easy way. Time is money!
@@markbennett6658 some laser machine could damage the internal flexs and sometimes, even board components. Plus the plans are not always avalible for newer models. I never own a laser but as far as i know the laser only makes the job a little bit easier. Removing iphones back glass takes 30.mins or little more for me, plus the machine smell so bad when using it... not very useful for me
Perfect video. I see a lot of people here on RU-vid trying to replace the back glass with all of the components inside the phone and ending up breaking it. I am about to do this repair on my 13 pro max and I'm gonna tear it down before replacing the glass, that way there is waaay less risk of it going wrong
I wud love to know how cheap it was to fix this all? Ppl pay huge money to buy this phone and it hurts when it get dropped n cracked. If u charge less then it’s a great of u. keep it up dude.

In fact, it never was. Or, at least, manufacturers don't guarantee it, so if it's waterdamaged, you have no right. If you seal up your phone correctly after repair, it is as waterproof as out of the factory. So, with no warranty it is.
That copper ring in the middle dented out of m back phone and broke the glass. I’m not sure if I fell on it or it just happened while charging Any clues? Should I replace the glass or just leave it be in the case
My friend what can be done if when removed Brocken screen this happened the glass came off with the black sheet that covers the touch screen completely it’s just silver ?
@@ShaifulSykes how is the old adhesive removed so easily? thats magical. after laser machine the glue is still stuck. I noticed on White back glasses its harder to remove then blue or black or gold. White back glasses uses white glue i noticed after lasering the back. I'm gonna try to use heat gun but then I will be forced to remove the internal LOGIC BOARD AND cameras so I won't burn it via heat gun. I like how clean the phone looks tho with heat gun. Gonna try it next time :)
